SUBSCRIPTION DISCLOSURE This Subscription Disclosure (the "Disclosure") is entered into by and between Reimagine Counseling, LLC, a Massachusetts corporation ("Company"), and the subscriber ("Subscriber"). 1. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS By subscribing to AI Therapy ("Service"), Subscriber agrees to the following terms: 1.1 Subscription Period: The subscription period shall commence on the date of subscription and continue for the duration specified in the subscription plan chosen by the Subscriber. 1.2 Auto-Renewal: The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions outlined in this Disclosure. 2. SUBSCRIPTION FEES 2.1 Payment: Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of subscription. 2.2 Changes to Fees: Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees upon providing thirty (30) days' notice to Subscriber. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new fees. 3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 3.1 Cancellation: Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time by providing written notice to Company. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. 3.2 Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations or unused portions of the subscription period. 4. PRIVACY POLICY Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that personal information provided during the subscription process will be handled in accordance with Company's Privacy Policy. 5. TERMINATION Either party may terminate the subscription for any reason upon providing written notice to the other party. Termination will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. 6. DISCLAIMERS The Service is provided "as-is," and Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Service for any particular purpose. 7. GOVERNING LAW This Disclosure shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. 8. AMENDMENTS Company reserves the right to amend this Disclosure at any time. Amendments will be effective upon notice to Subscriber. By subscribing to the Service, Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Disclosure.
